2CY series gear pump is suitable for conveying lubricating oil (without solid particles and fibers, without corrosion) or other liquids with similar properties, as well as for hydraulic rotation system.  Liquid temperature is not higher than 80 DegC and viscosity is from 5-1500cst.

It can be used as transmission and booster pump in oil transportation system;

structural features

This series gear pump mainly consists of gear, shaft, pump body, pump cover, bearing sleeve, shaft end seal, etc. The gear has high hardness and wear resistance after nitriding treatment. It is installed together with the shaft in the replaceable shaft sleeve for operation. The lubrication of all parts in the pump is achieved automatically by using the transmission medium when the pump is working.

The four bearing sleeves in the pump are floating and installed in the pump, and the end clearance is automatically adjusted according to the working pressure. Therefore, the pressure of the pump is stable, the output flow pulsation is small, and the dissolution and accumulation efficiency is high.

From the extended end of the main shaft to the pump, it is clockwise rotation.
