Operation Principle

The AbioSealer M500 thermoplastic tube sealer is equipped with two heating plates (upper and lower). The tubing is placed between the heating plates, which press and heat the tube. Under high temperature and pressure, the inner walls of the tube fuse together. After cooling, the tube is sealed, and it can be cut at the sealed midpoint using scissors for separation.
