Multi-axis CNC Automatic Welding Machine

1.Multiple welding process,such as spot welding, segment welding, full welding, welding torch Z swinging welding;

2.Different welding power sources (such as CO2 MIG ,MIG and TIG welding source ) can be selected according to different materials;

3.Open worktable can set fixture installation table height flexible;

4.Can be use in the middle of an automated production line to form an inline automatic welding line;

5.Two or more sets of equipment can be set up to work together to weld a single workpiece to increase productivity;

6.Five-axis four linkage, five-axis five linkage, the system can be extended to one or two freedom degrees to do workpiece displacement, can cooperate with CNC positioner, CNC vertical or horizontal rotary table, to complete the welding of complex workpieces;

7.Manual teaching programming method, only need to manually scan once by the welding track, the system automatically records the welding track, forming an executive program, ordinary workers can master programming skills in two hours.
