SZ horizontal fiberglass reinforced plastic self-priming pump is made of polyvinyl butanal modified phenolic glass fiber, by high temperature molding phenolic glass fiber reinforced plastic products. The product has light weight, high strength, no deformation, temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and other excellent performance. SZ fiberglass plastic self priming pump can partly replace the pumps of precious metals such as stainless steel, titanium and titanium alloy.WB2 type outside installed F4 corrugated mechanical seal is adopted. The seal is reliable and has the long service time.

SZ FRP self-priming centrifugal pump has the advantages of compact structure, easy to operate, smooth operation, easy maintenance, high efficiency, long life, and strong self-priming capacity etc. There is no need to install the bottom valve in the pipeline, and only need to keep the quantitative liquid in the pump body before working, thus simplifying the pipeline system and improving the working conditions.

SZ fiberglass reinforced plastic self priming centrifugal pump is mainly used in petrochemical, smelting, dyes, printing and dyeing, pesticides, pharmaceuticals, rare earth, fertilizer and other industries to transport various acids and other corrosive liquids which do not contain solid particles and are not easy to crystallize and liquid temperature is not higher than 100℃ of various non-oxidizing acid (hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, formic acid, acetic acid, butyric acid) and other corrosive media.

SZ fiberglass reinforced plastic self priming centrifugal pump can be made with two connection ways.  One is the direct connection (close coupling) between the pump and motor and the other is the shaft coupling connection between the pump and motor.
