RY series hot oil pumps are widely used in carrier heating system and have entered various industrial fields such as petroleum, rubber, resin, textile, printing, construction, road building and machinery, etc. RY hot oil pump is mainly used to transport weakly corrosive high-temperature liquids without solid particles at the operating temperature no higher than 350℃.

structure characteristics

RY series hot oil pumps are single-stage single-suction cantilever pumps with foot support structure. The inlet of the pump is axial suction, the outlet is vertically upward and installed on the base together with the motor.

The support of hot oil pumps adopts the structure of double-ended ball bearing support, with the front end lubricated by lubricating oil and the back end lubricated by grease, and a guide pipe in the middle to observe the sealing condition and recover thermal oil at any time.

RY hot oil pump adopts natural heat dissipation structure and changes the traditional water-cooling structure to make the structure simple, small volume, save running cost, good performance, reliable use.

RY series hot pumps are made of polytetrafluoroethylene seal with good thermal adaptability and good sealing performance at high temperature. It adopts packing seal structure with additional temperature resistant oil seal.

The pump and motor are connected by a three-jaw elastic coupling.
