Overview
High-pressure steam autoclaves are essential equipment in many professional environments. Proper daily maintenance ensures reliable operation and extends equipment service life.
Pre-Operation Checks
Before each use, verify that all connections are secure and the water tank is properly filled. Run a pre-wash cycle if the equipment has been inactive.
During Operation
Monitor pressure and temperature readings throughout the cycle. Never exceed the maximum load capacity of 80 percent. Ensure items are properly spaced for even steam distribution.
Post-Operation Care
After each cycle, allow the equipment to cool naturally before opening. Clean the chamber and check the sealing ring for wear. Drain and replace water regularly.
