Operation Procedures
- Before using, check whether the power supply matches the equipment and whether the cable is properly connected.
- Before starting, check for foreign objects inside the equipment and clear them if found.
- Place fish into the equipment, setting processing time and speed according to specifications.
- Turn on the power, wait for normal operation, then place fish inside for processing.
- Adjust water flow speed and direction as needed to enhance effectiveness.
- After processing, turn off power, remove fish, and clear debris from the equipment.
Safety Guidelines
- Do not operate the machine for excessively long periods without fish.
- Keep hands at least 40cm away from the machine head during operation.
- Be aware of flying scale fragments and keep children and pets away.
- If unusual noise occurs, stop immediately and inspect for faults.
Maintenance
- After daily work, clean all debris and disinfect with clean water.
- Regularly inspect cables for wear, aging, or damage.
- Periodically check components for looseness, deformation, or wear.
- Clean internal water pipes, nozzles, and pumps regularly.
- For extended non-use, drain water, disassemble, clean, dry, and apply lubricating oil.
