Automatic Fruit Pitting Machine Features and Specifications
Machine Design and Construction
The dual-belt fruit pitting machine uses a hopper and conveyor belt combination system, allowing different molds to be used based on fruit diameter. Brushes above the conveyor belt sweep fruits into the molds, improving feeding speed and work efficiency. The machine body is constructed from 304 stainless steel thick-walled square tubes and channel steel, enhancing stability during startup and continuous operation.
Key Technical Parameters
The standard model measures 2350mm by 1290mm by 1275mm with a 1.5kw motor operating at 220V or 380V. Available mold sizes include 10-15mm, 20-25mm, 20-30mm, 30-40mm, and 40-58mm, accommodating a wide range of fruit sizes. The dual conveyor belt system allows simultaneous processing of fruits with different diameters, significantly improving production efficiency.
Operation Features
The machine achieves high automation levels. Fruits are simply loaded into the hopper and automatically transported to the pitting mechanism for core removal. Pits and fruit flesh exit through separate discharge ports, ensuring clean separation. All component connections use bolt-fastened assembly, making operation and maintenance convenient and efficient.
