Grain Milling Machine Safety Operation and Maintenance Regulations
The grain milling machine (粮食磨粉机) is a device specially used to process wheat, corn, and other crops into flour. Following proper operation and maintenance regulations is essential for maintaining machine stability and extending service life.
Safety Operation Procedures
- Placement: Before use, check whether the ground is flat and the equipment is stable. The equipment should be placed in a dry, ventilated, non-slip area that is easy to operate and maintain.
- Power supply: Before operation, check whether the power circuit is secure, whether the voltage is stable, and whether it meets the equipment's electrical requirements. Power circuit joints should be kept dry with no leakage.
- Operation: Operate the equipment following safe, energy-efficient, and normal procedures. Before starting, check whether the impact part is in idle rotation; only add grain to the grinding disc after confirming normal operation.
- Protection: During operation, operators must wear appropriate protective gloves. This significantly reduces risks and also extends the service life of the grinding disc.
- Shutdown: Before leaving the equipment, first turn off the switch, wait for the equipment to stop completely, then disconnect the power supply and turn off the power switch. Set up clear safety warning signs in the machine area.
- Cleaning: Disconnect the power before cleaning. When cleaning the grinding pan and other components, do not use hard objects or metal blades to scrape, as this may cause damage to parts.
Preparatory Work Before Operation
- Before using the machine, carefully inspect whether the exterior is intact and undamaged, and check whether all components are fastened with no looseness.
- The machine should be installed on a stable, vibration-free surface and be able to connect to power.
- Ensure the working environment is dry. Do not place the machine in a humid location.
Operation Steps
- First, place wheat or other grains into the feeding port of the machine.
- Press the power switch to start the machine.
- During operation, continuously check whether the cross section is unobstructed, and promptly clean up cracked grain kernels or other impurities to avoid jamming the machine.
- During the milling process, continuously adjust the distance of the grinding discs to achieve the optimal milling effect.
- After milling, promptly turn off the power switch, disconnect the power and unplug, and clean the residual material inside the machine to ensure internal hygiene.
Maintenance Regulations
- Regular inspection: Frequently check whether each functional area of the equipment is intact. If there is any looseness, repair it promptly. Regularly replace parts according to usage requirements and dust conditions to prevent equipment aging and damage.
- Daily maintenance: After each use, clean the machine, removing surface and internal residues to prevent excessive accumulation that affects machine life. Regularly clean internal filters and material trays to ensure normal operation.
- Lubrication: Regularly add lubricating oil to the machine to ensure minimal wear and friction on all rotating parts. Copper parts should be wiped with cotton cloth to prevent oil scale and dust accumulation.
- Annual maintenance: After one year of use, the machine should be sent to a professional maintenance center for comprehensive inspection and maintenance to ensure performance and longevity.
- Wear part replacement: For wearing parts (such as belts, gears, etc.), replace them promptly to maintain normal operation and extend service life.
