Smoking or using open flames near the oven is strictly prohibited at all times to prevent fire hazards.
Temperature Monitoring During Operation
During operation, operators must closely monitor temperature, humidity, and other process parameters inside the oven. All parameters must remain stable within the range required by the specific process. If any abnormal conditions are detected, the oven must be stopped immediately and appropriate corrective measures taken. Opening the oven door while the oven is running is strictly prohibited, as this disrupts the internal temperature balance and can compromise processing quality. Inspection or addition of materials must only be performed after the oven has been completely stopped and cooled to room temperature.
Cooling and Post-Operation Procedures
After shutdown, operators must wait for the oven to cool completely to room temperature before performing any cleaning or maintenance work. Appropriate cleaning agents and tools must be used during cleaning to avoid damaging the oven internal structure. Regular maintenance should include inspection of the oven interior, heating elements, ventilation system, and electrical wiring to ensure normal operation of all components.
Operator Training and Compliance
Operators must regularly participate in safety training programs to continuously improve safety awareness and operational skills, thereby reducing the risk of accidents. All operations must strictly comply with relevant national laws, regulations, and industry standards. The overall objective is to ensure the oven operates safely, efficiently, and stably. Proper documentation of all maintenance activities and operational parameters supports quality management and traceability requirements.
