Electrical System Safety

Verify all electrical connections are secure and properly insulated. Check that emergency stop buttons are functional and easily accessible. The power supply must be stable and properly grounded to prevent electrical hazards. Any exposed wiring, loose connections, or damaged insulation requires immediate professional repair. Only qualified electricians should perform electrical maintenance work on the equipment.

Quality Recording and Defect Standards

Establish clear defect classification standards for consistent inspection results. Operators should record all detected defects by type, location, and severity. Maintain inspection logs that track fabric quality trends over time, allowing early identification of upstream production issues. Regular calibration of the inspection machine's speed and tension settings ensures consistent fabric passage and reliable defect detection.
