Pre-Operation Preparation
Before operating the fabric inspection machine, check the workspace and surrounding environment to ensure it is safe and free of obstacles. Verify that the power supply and electrical circuits are functioning properly — if any abnormalities are found, contact professional maintenance personnel for repair before proceeding. Examine the fabric sample to confirm it is clean, properly arranged, and free from damage. Test the transmission system under no-load conditions to verify smooth operation.
Operating Procedures
Turn on the main power switch to start the motor. Gradually feed the inspection fabric into the machine's input port while pressing the start button. Observe the fabric as it passes through the inspection station, monitoring for defects and quality issues. After the fabric exits through the output port, check the output fabric quality and record any defects found during the inspection process.
Operation Precautions
Threaded connections between components should be regularly checked and tightened. Operators should avoid arbitrarily pushing or pulling on defective areas of the machine — all repairs must be performed by professional maintenance personnel. After extended machine shutdowns, inspect the power transmission and electrical systems for unusual sounds and verify all controls function correctly before resuming operation.
Routine Maintenance
Regularly lubricate easily worn components, pulley grooves, and gear mechanisms. Clean the inspection table surface after each shift to remove fiber and dust accumulation. Check the transmission system monthly for belt tension and wear. Maintain a log of all maintenance activities, inspections, and any issues found during operation for continuous improvement of the inspection process.
