Buffer and Temperature Control: The machine features a collection surface that can accumulate up to 20 minutes of production time when necessary, maintaining products in a constant temperature and clean environment inside the cooler. This optimizes processing time while maximizing energy efficiency.
Cleaning and Maintenance Design: To simplify the cleaning process, the machine uses stainless steel construction with wash-down ramps to reduce cleaning time. The floor plate is sloped to the sides for effective drainage of wash water. Hinged, openable side panels facilitate convenient access for operation and maintenance.
