Equipment Introduction
Pasta forming machines employ a roll-type dough feeding system designed to prevent manual contamination while preserving dough gluten structure for superior texture. The complete system consists of a dough feeding system, filling delivery system, forming head assembly, and conveyor belt section. During operation, dough sheets are transported by the feeding system to the forming head where they form a hollow dough tube. Filling is simultaneously delivered into the tube, and the forming mold combines the dough wrapper and filling into uniformly sized products.
Installation and Setup
Conveyor Belt Installation: The conveyor belt is secured by four bolts. Align the bolts with the corresponding holes on the frame and tighten securely. Adjust belt tension after installation - neither too tight nor too loose for optimal operation.
Grounding Protection: Locate the ground wire connection point marked with the grounding symbol. Connect a proper ground wire to earth for electrical safety protection.
Power Connection: Connect the power plug to the control box at the rear of the machine. Verify correct wiring orientation before switching on.
Startup Sequence
Follow this exact startup order: first activate the forming disk switch, then the dough feeding switch, and finally the filling delivery switch. The filling quantity can be adjusted using the control switch located above the filling switch. Dough quantity height is adjusted via the dough quantity controller - observe for uniform dough flow without shaking or irregularities.
Lubrication Requirements
Apply cooking oil to the contact surfaces between the forming disk and forming blocks to ensure proper lubrication and reduce wear. The oil delivery box beneath the conveyor belt provides automatic oiling - when the conveyor belt moves forward, the oil pump activates automatically for even distribution.
Cleaning Procedures
After each production run, disassemble and clean the dough feeding system, filling delivery system, and forming block components. Use soft brushes or cloths for cleaning - never strike components with hard objects. Clean forming blocks carefully and store them in proper sequence. Apply cooking oil to forming block surfaces and drive shafts after cleaning to prevent sticking and rust.
