Essential operation guide for pasta press equipment covering safety checks, operational procedures, maintenance schedules, bearing lubrication, and equipment selection criteria.

Pasta Press Operation Precautions

Pre-Operation Safety Check: Before starting the machine, verify that the protective guard mesh is properly positioned and undamaged. Inspect all safety devices and ensure they are functioning correctly.

Hand Safety During Operation: During press operation, never place hands inside the protective guard area. Always use dedicated tools for transporting pressed dough products - never use hands directly.

Abnormal Situation Response: If any abnormality occurs during pressing operation, immediately disconnect power before conducting any inspection. Never attempt to diagnose issues while the machine is energized.

Cleaning Safety: Before cleaning the press rollers and shafts, always disconnect power first. Working on energized equipment is strictly prohibited. To prevent electrical leakage, never wash the press machine with water.

Authorized Personnel Only: The pasta press is specialized equipment that must be operated by designated, trained personnel. Unauthorized personnel are prohibited from operating or adjusting the machine.

Focus During Operation: Maintain full concentration while working to prevent injury accidents. Stay alert and avoid distractions during machine operation.

Press Machine Maintenance

Motor Inspection: Regularly check that the motor is functioning normally and is free from obstructions. Listen for unusual sounds and monitor operating temperature.

Bearing Lubrication: Apply grease to bearings on a regular schedule to ensure all lubrication points remain unobstructed and functional. Proper bearing lubrication is essential for smooth operation and extended service life.

Cleanliness: Maintain clean machine body and work area. Remove accumulated flour dust and dough debris regularly to prevent contamination and mechanical issues.

Belt Replacement: Replace drive belts promptly when significant wear is detected. Worn belts reduce power transmission efficiency and can cause inconsistent pressing results.

Pasta Press Working Principle

The automatic pasta press consists of the main frame, transmission section, conveyor folding section, and turnover section. Measured dough is placed on the lower conveyor belt, and when the machine starts, the dough automatically moves between the pressing rollers. Under the combined action of the conveyor belt and pressing rollers, the dough is automatically fed and pressed. After pressing, the dough sheet is transferred via conveyor, automatically folded due to different linear speeds, and transported to the next processing stage. Through repeated kneading and pressing, the ideal pressing effect is achieved. Roller gap adjustment is accomplished through a worm gear pair and eccentric mechanism, allowing users to adjust based on actual conditions and pasta processing requirements.
