Usage Precautions for Pasta Processing Equipment

Pre-Operation Dry Run: Before using pasta processing equipment, conduct a dry run to confirm there are no abnormalities before beginning normal operation.

Startup Cleaning: Before starting, check the pressing rollers and cutting blades for any debris. Clean thoroughly before operation. Always disconnect power before wiping the machine. Clean accumulated dough after each use. Never use sharp tools to scrape the rollers or cutting blades.

Hand Safety: When feeding dough, hands can easily be drawn into the rollers. Maintain appropriate distance between hands and rollers during operation. Never use wooden sticks or other tools to assist feeding while the machine is running, as this can easily cause personal injury and machine damage.

Lubrication Requirements: Apply lubricant to all oiling points once per shift. Use gear oil or No. 20 machine oil. Replace bearing grease annually using the specified grease type.

Belt Inspection: Regularly check the tension and wear condition of V-belts. Adjust tension or replace belts promptly when needed.

Rust Prevention During Long-Term Storage: When the machine will be idle for an extended period, apply an appropriate amount of cooking oil to the surfaces of both pressing rollers and cutting blades to prevent rust.

Maintenance and Care Procedures

Critical Safety Rule: All maintenance and repair work must be performed only after disconnecting the power supply.

Cleaning Requirements: After each use, thoroughly clean the machine to ensure food hygiene. When cleaning, do not use sharp tools to scrape the rollers, and do not clean with water spray hoses.

Lubrication Schedule: Apply lubricant to gears through oiling points once per shift. Use gear oil, No. 20 machine oil, or cooking oil. Apply several dozen drops each time. Replace grease in the worm gear, worm shaft, and bearings every six months using calcium-based grease.

Belt Maintenance: Check V-belt tension and wear regularly. Adjust or replace as needed to maintain efficient power transmission.

Rust Protection: When storing the machine long-term, apply a small amount of cooking oil to the roller surfaces to prevent rust.

Foreign Object Prevention: During operation, prevent hard objects from entering between the rollers to avoid damaging both rollers.

Operation Protocol

To improve dough sheet quality, extend machine service life, and conserve energy, adjust the roller gap gradually from thick to thin during operation. The incoming dough thickness should be 2-4 times the outgoing thickness. Never place hands near the roller gap to prevent accidental injury.
