Peeling Washing Brushing Machine Operation and Maintenance
Daily Operation Procedures
Before starting the machine, check that all protective covers are properly installed and the power connection is secure. Verify water supply connections and ensure spray nozzles are not clogged. Start the water supply first, then start the brush roller motor. Feed materials evenly into the machine, avoiding overloading beyond rated capacity. Monitor water pressure and roller speed throughout operation for consistent results.
Daily Cleaning and Care
After each production run, flush the machine interior thoroughly with clean water to remove all material residues. Clean brush rollers with a soft brush to remove trapped debris from bristles. Check and clean all spray nozzles to prevent clogging. Open the drainage valve fully to empty all water from the system. Wipe external surfaces dry to prevent water spots and potential rust on non-stainless components.
Weekly Maintenance Tasks
Inspect brush roller bristles for wear and replace any damaged sections. Check spray nozzle patterns and clean or replace clogged nozzles. Verify belt tension on drive systems and adjust as needed. Lubricate bearings and transmission chains with food-grade lubricant. Test the emergency stop function and all safety interlocks for proper operation.
Long-Term Storage
When the machine will not be used for extended periods, thoroughly clean and dry all surfaces. Apply a light food-grade protective coating to exposed metal surfaces. Disconnect power and water supplies. Cover the machine with a dust cover and store in a dry, well-ventilated area to prevent corrosion and maintain equipment condition.
