## 1. Equipment Overview
A three-roller plate bending machine is critical equipment for metal sheet forming, used to roll flat plates into cylindrical, arc, and conical shapes. It is widely applied in steel structures, pressure vessels, wind turbine towers, shipbuilding, and petrochemical equipment.

## 2. Working Principle
Core Principle: Three points define a circle. The metal sheet undergoes continuous plastic deformation under three rollers.

### Mechanical System Check
- Roller surfaces free of dents, cracks, welding slag, and burrs
- Roller shafts rotate freely without binding
- Frame and anchor bolts not loose
- All fastening bolts secure
- Guide rails, sliders, lead screws, and lifting mechanisms well lubricated
### Hydraulic System Check
- Hydraulic oil level normal
- Oil color normal, no darkening or impurities
- Pipelines, connectors, and cylinders leak-free
- Oil pump free of abnormal noise
- Pressure stable
### Electrical System Check
- Power supply voltage stable
- Emergency stop button functional
- Forward/reverse, lifting, and adjustment actions normal
