Vegetable Cutter Machine Operation Process Guide
Main Functions
Multi-function vegetable cutters are essential processing equipment for batch production of various fruits and vegetables. These machines replace manual cutting operations, processing fruits and vegetables into slices, dices, shreds, strips, and segments.
Electric vegetable cutters are manufactured entirely from 304 stainless steel for durability and longevity. They can cut root vegetables and fruits into uniformly thick slices, shreds, strips, and cubes. Common root vegetables processed include potatoes, sweet potatoes, pumpkin, bamboo shoots, onions, eggplant, and carrots. Leafy vegetables such as celery, Chinese cabbage, kohlrabi, and spinach are also compatible.
Correct Usage Method
Step 1: Safety Inspection - When operating the vegetable cutter, always check equipment protection and power supply. Inspect blade components and conveyor belt for foreign objects and clean if found.
Step 2: Equipment Placement - Place the equipment on a level ground surface. Verify the plug has good contact, is not loose, and has no water traces.
Step 3: Select Cutting Mode - Select and adjust the cutting mode according to vegetable type. Hard vegetables like melons and potatoes use the slicer mode. Change cutting tools for different shapes.
Step 4: Install Cutter Head - Rotate the adjustable eccentric wheel. After reaching bottom dead center, raise the tool holder by 1-2mm and tighten once the blade contacts the conveyor belt.
Key Points
- Check equipment protection and power supply before operation
- Place machine on level ground and verify plug integrity
- Select appropriate cutting mode based on vegetable type
- Install cutter head properly to avoid blade catching or belt damage
