Operation Procedures
- Preparation: Before operating the wheat milling machine, check whether the working surface is stable and level. Inspect the machine for any visible damage or loose components.
- Starting: Clear any wheat residue and flour remnants from the grinding disc before starting. Press the power switch to start the machine and allow it to reach normal operating speed before adding grain.
- During operation: Continuously observe the milling machine's condition during the grinding process. If any abnormal situation occurs, immediately stop using the machine.
- Grinding disc adjustment: When processing wheat of different granularity, adjust the grinding disc settings according to the user manual for optimal results.
- Continuous operation limit: The milling machine must not operate continuously for more than 30 minutes; otherwise, it will affect the machine's service life. Allow appropriate rest periods during extended work.
- Shutdown: After milling is complete, stop the machine using the power switch, empty the container, and clean out all residue.

Periodic Maintenance
- Lubrication: After a period of use, replace the lubricating oil to ensure smooth blade operation and longer service life. When replacing, choose the appropriate lubricating oil model recommended by the manufacturer. Regularly add lubricating oil to the machine every 3 to 6 months to ensure smooth operation and reduced wear.
- Component inspection: Regularly inspect the grinding wheel housing, drive belts, and grinding discs. If wear is detected, replace them promptly. Check bearing and transmission device wear, replacing components when necessary.
- Motor monitoring: After starting the motor, pay attention to rotation speed stability. If any abnormality is found, adjust the frequency regulator to restore normal speed.
Storage Protection
- After use, clean and air-dry the machine promptly, then store it in a dry place.
- When not in use for extended periods, avoid exposure to direct sunlight, oil stains, and other corrosive factors.
- Perform thorough cleaning and lubrication before long-term storage, then store in a ventilated and dry location.
