Shanghai Forever Co., Ltd. was founded in 1940, and has established a worldwide reputation for producing Forever brand traditional bicycles, children bikes, and mountain bikes, becoming one of the largest and best established bicycle companies in the world.

In 1993, our company was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (A & B shares).

In 2001, Zhong Lu Group, a pioneering enterprise run by local people gained control of Forever then extended our product scope to encompass green and environmental friendly products.

Now our company manufactures and distributes healthy and environmentally sound products such as traditional bicycles, mountain bikes, folding bicycles, children bikes, surr1ff8ey bikes, electric bicycles and their related parts.
