Ltd., and our foreign investor is R A Overseas Investment Holding Ltd. The investment ratio between China and Britain is 51%:49%. British Sandwell Ltd., British investor's sole subsidiary company, is one of the biggest specialization engine re-manufacturers in the UK supplying all kinds of re-manufactured engines and engine parts to Ford-Land Rover Ltd.

The establishment concept of JFP was submitted to the former Ministry of Machine Building on Jan. 4th, 1994 and approved by the former Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation (present Ministry of Commerce of th1ff8e People's Republic of China) on Nov. 11th, 1994.
