Zhejiang Yongle Alloy Wheel Co., Ltd. was jointly established in 2006 by famours enterpriser Mr. Yonghai Luo and Hongkong Huawei Company, which locates in the beautiful Daishan island of Zhoushan city, Zhejiang, China. The whole factory occupies an area of 55,000 square meters and the total investment exceeds RMB 250 million.Zhejiang Yongle Alloy Wheel Co., Ltd. specializes in the designing, manufacturing and selling of high performance alloy wheels. We have 12 low-pressure and 7 gravity die-casting machines as well as 12 machining lines which are equipped with top advanced CNC machines. Moreover, we do have a full automatic painting line which can apply powder coat and clear coat, at the same time with more than 1.2 million pieces annual capacity. Meanwhile, we have in house stainless steel production line, and we are the only factory at present that is able to making open cut stainless steel lip in China. Quality Control Quality is crucial for the survival of one company ,our factory have held the certification of QS9000/ISO9001, ISO/TS16949, TUV, JWL,VIA. When new designs are completed, pre-production samples are examined in the testing laboratory which is strictly in accordance with the American SAE and Japanese JWL standards. Through the impact test, bending fatigue test and radial fatigue test, Yongle designs are 100% guaranteed to be safe. Not only we have strict control on our new designs, we also apply a series of quality control procedures to our mass production products. The QA department undertakes all-round testing work from raw materials, semi-finished to the finished products. Through the composition test, X-Ray test, roundness test, dynamic balance test, air-leak test and surface inspection, we ensure that all of our products meet with the required standards. R & D Yongle possesses a strong research and development team. The team is capable to design high quality aluminum alloy wheel of sizes from 12 inch to 28 inch with various kinds of finishing such as painted, hyper color, machined and chrome plated. Our technical professionals working in product research and development are responsible for technical drawings of product designs, molds creation, packaging, solving technical problems such as die-casting, machining etc. Advanced softwares such as UG/CAD/CAM/ProE have been applied into design and production management.
