Roasting: Batch Type Roasting or Continuous Roasting.
Cooling: Fast Cooling Roasted Peanut Ready for Peeling Process
Peeling&Selecting: put the roasted peanuts into peeling machine to take off the red skin,the pressure fan will suck the red skins, most of them will be put in half-piece, then fall to the selecting conveyor, the over-roasted and unpeeled peanut kernel is picked up by manual.
Grinding: Using 2 stage colloid mill to continuous produce very fine and smooth peanut butter ; temperature of grinding is controlled below 68C.Make sure top quality peanut butter output.Avoid nutrient loss.
Cooling Mixing: make the butter more homogeneous and add some additive to make flavor peanut butter.Peanut butter should be cooling after the mixing tank. The temperature should go down 45C.
Degassing Tank: Short time storage and take out the air from peanut butter.Extend peanut shelf life.
Storage Tank: settling down in the storage tank till the temperature drop to air temperature.
Filling Machine: Automatic filling machine, the finished peanut butter is packed into different weight plastic/glass bottles.
