The distribution ratio of the chute will be in accordance with the customer's requirements and the raw material situation.

Process Description

STEP 1: Raw materials enter the first GV color sorter to obtain re-sorting material and other materials. The Re-sorting materials enter the first GV color sorter again to remove opaque and undesired colors. The other materials enter the first color sorter again with raw materials.
STEP 2: The Other materials enter the GV Pro color sorter, which is the same as the first color sorter, and remove the light blue, light green, and light yellow flakes.
STEP 3: The GI polymer sorter can remove non-PET flakes.
STEP 4: The GU sorter can remove the aging flakes to obtain high-quality AAA transparent flakes.
