The stator part is mainly composed of suction segment, middle segment, discharge segment and guide vane, and each segment is clamped with tension bolts to form a workroom. D pump is with general horizontal suction and vertical discharge. D pump used for oilfield water injection, pump inlet and outlet are vertical upward. DG type pump is with vertical out and inlet .
The rotor is mainly composed of shaft, impeller, balance disc and shaft sleeve. The axial force is balanced by the balance plate.
The bearing is mainly composed of the bearing body, bearing and bearing gland. The bearing is lubricated with grease or thin oil.
The shaft seal adopts soft packing seal, which is mainly composed of inlet section and sealing box, packing and water retaining ring on the tail cover. D - type pump water seal water from the pump pressure water. DG pump water seal water from external supply.
The drive pump is driven directly by the electric motor through an elastic coupling. Look at the pump from electric motor end, the pump rotates clockwise
