According to relevant data reports, the two new stars emerging from modern lines are silicon nitride and silicon carbide, both of which have amazing high temperature resistance. The strength of silicon nitride ceramics at 1400 ℃ and silicon carbide ceramics at 1700 ℃ is as high as 7000 kg per square centimeter, which is much stronger than most metals.

Scope of application

The rings and rolling elements of ceramic bearings are made of all ceramic materials, including zirconia (ZrO2), silicon nitride (Si3N4) and silicon carbide (Sic). The retainer is made of polytetrafluoroethylene, nylon 66, polyether amide, zirconia, silicon nitride, stainless steel or special aviation aluminum, thus expanding the application of ceramic bearings.
