Product overviewGKYWG-58 magnetostrictive liquid level gauge is a remote continuous liquid level measuring instrument based on Virally effect. It is suitable for the measurement of liquid level and boundary position in open or closed containers. Magnetostrictive liquid level meter has become an ideal choice for long-distance continuous liquid level measurement instrument because of its high measurement accuracy and low maintenance rate.When the magnetostrictive liquid level gauge works, the trigger circuit of the transmitter excites a pulse current, and the current propagates along the magnetostrictive line to generate a pulse current magnetic field. A magnetic float is arranged outside the sensor measuring rod of the magnetostrictive liquid level meter, and the float moves along the measuring rod with the change of liquid level. A magnetic ring is installed inside the float. When the pulse current magnetic field meets the magnetic field of the magnetic ring of the float, the magnetic field around the float changes, so that the magnetostrictive line generates a torsional wave pulse at the position where the float stays. This pulse is transmitted back to the transmitter along the magnetostrictive line at a fixed speed and detected by the detection circuit. The position of the float, that is, the position of the liquid surface, can be accurately determined by calculating the time difference between the pulse current and the torsional wave pulse by the central processor.
