About Us
Our company, Zhangjiagang Putian Machinery Co., Ltd., was established in 2001 and is a modern professional manufacturer of automatic blow molding machines. Presently, we make eleven series, of which there are over eighty models, suitable for the production of hollow products. Our products include bottles, kettles, jerry cans, toolboxes, toys, seats and plastic items for automobiles, and can be made with capacities from 5ml to 1000L.<br>

Our premises occupy an area of 18,000 square meters and annual production capacity currently stands at more than 400 sets. With widespread support we have received, our company has made great progress so that now our products are distributed to more than twenty countries, being sold in the USA, Japan, Australia, Egypt, Thailand and Nigeria, to1ff8 name but a few.<br>

The primary characteristics of our PTB series of automatic blow molding machines are their versatility and technical prowess. Among their advantages, there are a wide production range, being able to produce capacities from 5ml to 1000L of hollow products, and applicability for many uses, e.g. to produce packaging for medical, chemical, oil, food, lighting, tool, automotive or cosmetic purposes. They are also fast and reliable as well as suitable for processing materials such as PE, PP, PVC, PA, PC, ABS, PS, EVA, TPU and PETG.<br>

The components used in their construction make them of an advanced nature. They have been fitted with Japanese PLC controls and have interactive human-machine interfaces, including automatic temperature control, production parameter presetting, function selection, mold saving and automatic alarm systems. For our machines, we have adopted imported hydraulic and electrical elements and installed proportional control and high-performance reducers. In all, we believe we have thought of everything and this series of machinery is perfectly suited to perform a multitude of blow molding tasks.<br>
